Alan Thomas Truman

Alan Thomas Truman, age 55 of Eminence, died Friday, June 15, 2018 in Owen County. He was born August 28, 1962 in Shelbyville. He was a self-employed truck driver at Truman Trucking, and belonged to Pleasureville Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Vickie Lynn Truman of Eminence; his parents: Wendall and Carole Sue Truman, of Bethlehem; his son: Tyler Shane Truman of Eminence; two sisters: Amy Sue Miles (Jimmy), and Angela Renee Batts (Brent), all of LaGrange; and many friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Pleasureville Baptist Church. Rev. Jerry Anderson, pastor of the Pleasureville Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 and from 10 a.m. until time of services on Tuesday.
