Bill William Downey, age 56 of Eminence, KY Bill William Downey, age 56 of Eminence, died Saturday, January 19, 2013. He was born in Shelbyville and was a member of Eminence Christian Church. He is survived by his wife: Ida Bell Willhite Downey of Eminence; his mother: Rossetta Roberts Downey of Pleasureville; two sons: Troy Downey and Anthony Downey, both of Eminence; one daughter: Mindy Downey of Eminence; one brother: Delvin Downey, Jr. of New Castle; two sisters: Lorrie Gividen of Shelbyville and Betty Downey of Florida; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Delvin Downey. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Thomas Minton, pastor of Eminence Christian Church and J.T. Stinson will officiate. Burial will be in Eminence Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2013 at the funeral home.
