Larry L. Harp, Sr.

Larry L. Harp, Sr., age 53 of Shelbyville, died Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born in Shelbyville on August 31, 1965, and was farmer.

He is survived by his wife: Mary Sue Harp of Shelbyville; his mother: Sherry Sue Cook Harp of Smithfield; one son: Larry L. Harp, Jr. (Amy Lanham) of Shelbyville; one daughter: Patricia Marie Harp of Defoe; one brother: John Harp of Smithfield; two sisters: Connie Ayers of Eminence, and Nancy Beckley (Bobby) of Smithfield; and two grandchildren: Tucker Lynn Harp and Billy Eugene Harp. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert J. (Pete) Harp.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2019 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Michael Duncan will officiate. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. the day of the services. Burial will be in Cropper Cemetery.
