Margaret Mae Armstrong Wayne

Margaret Mae Armstrong Wayne, age 91 of Pleasureville, died Thursday, November 19, 2015, in Frankfort. She was born in Taylorsville on April 27, 1924. She was a farmer, bus driver, and worked at a tobacco warehouse. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She is survived by one son: James Lee Wayne (Rosemary) of Shelbyville; one daughter: Mary Ida Cull of Frankfort; and one granddaughter: Amanda Nicole Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Wayne, Sr., and two sons, Gregory Wayne and Samuel Freeman Wayne, Jr. Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, November 23, 2015, at Shady Lawn Cemetery in Shelby County. Rev. Travis Sheehan, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church, will officiate. Pallbearers are Charlie Bennett, David Ansel Wayne, Webb Stanley, Mike Peak, Dewey Wilson, and Abraham Escobar.
