Onida Faye Hall

Onida Faye Hall, age 79 of Shelbyville, died Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. She was born March 25, 1936, and was the daughter of the late Jess and Ethel Himes Montgomery. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons: Andy Broughton, Jr. (Teri) of Conway, South Carolina, and Buster Broughton (Sheliah) of Salem, Indiana; four daughters: Linda Schilling of Shelbyville, Judith Smith (Luke) of Shelbyville, Carolyn Grubb of Louisville, and Cathy Hedges (Steven) of Shelbyville; one brother: Bradley Montgomery (Rozella) of Berea; nineteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Jerry Hall; a daughter: Barbara Willard; a son: Jackie Broughton; and three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 noon Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Jesse Baxter will officiate. Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2016 and after 10 a.m. until time of the service on Wednesday.
