Randall L. Arnold, age 73, of Pleasureville, died Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the V.A. Medical Center in Louisville. He was born in Shelbyville on November 30, 1945 to Jess Arnold and Ruby Cox Arnold Collett. He had worked at General Electric in Louisville for more than 30 years where he was a material handler and Union Steward. He was a member of Eminence Christian Church, and a United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and was a Purple Heart recipient.

He is survived by his wife: Diana K. Arnold of Pleasureville; two sons: Jeff Arnold of Shelbyville and Randy Arnold, Jr. (Erin) of Cincinnati; one sister: Sue Willis of New Castle; one grandchild: Allie Arnold, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2019 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville with Bro. Dan Taylor officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. the day of the services.

Pallbearers will be Daryl Willis, Russell Parrish, Walt Whaley, John David Yount, Tony Kelley, Jason Scriber, and Bill Detwiler, Jr.
